Hi, my name is Lumchuan (At) Burright, but to keep things simple, please feel free to call me “The Garlic Lady.”

I was born and raised in Thailand, one of the world’s biggest open air kitchens. My passion for great Cuisine comes from this rich tropical environment. Everywhere you look people are preparing food and creating delicious meals with fresh produce, exotic fruits and tasty spices and herbs. I learned about food and cooking from my family and from the rich culinary heritage of our country. My family's philosophy is that food is inseparable from good health.

I have been developing my culinary skills for over 35 years, sharing recipes and the secrets on how to plant, store and use the things I grow, with my family, friends and customers.

My grandfather taught me that the secrets to great cuisine is in selecting only the most wholesome, fresh and crisp ingredients from our garden. He also taught me the medicinal benefits of these ingredients, which is why I use garlic as a key ingredient in so much of my cooking. Combining it with herbs, spices, fruits, fish, chicken, lamb or beef provides Thai Cuisine with its rich and bold flavor.

We have put together information that has been handed down to us from past generations. We have also included dozens of Italian, Sicilian, Thai and American recipes.

Current studies on the health benefits of the products we use including clinical trials are included.
